Do you guys offer monitors?+
We are currently focused on the ACO side of the service, but monitors are coming very soon. In the meantime, we still provide helpful drop details and relay any release information we receive to our members.
How do I get Discord access?+
Discord access is currently included with Account 1, Account 2, and Account 3. The standalone Discord-only plan will return in the future.
How do account tiers work?+
Each tier determines how many supported retailer setups you can run. Account 1 focuses on one retailer. Account 2 supports two retailer setups for broader coverage. Account 3 includes all three supported retailer setups for maximum flexibility. Current options include Pokémon Center, Target, and Walmart, subject to availability.
What happens if my membership expires?+
Paid access roles are removed when the membership ends, keeping access organized for everyone.
Where can I manage billing?+
Billing and subscriptions are managed securely through your Whop account.
