Membership Terms
Cardboard Gang is operated by CJH Enterprises LLC. These terms describe its monthly membership service. References to Cardboard Gang, we, us or our mean CJH Enterprises LLC operating Cardboard Gang. Contact [email protected] with membership, billing or security questions.
Membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Collector is $40 per month, Reseller is $60 per month, and Kingpin is $75 per month, in US dollars. Membership payments are nonrefundable, including renewals and unused time, except where a refund is required by law. Cancel renewal before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Tiers are separate and do not stack. Membership covers service access and account capacity, not the purchase price of retail products, shipping, taxes or other retailer charges. Stock, successful checkouts, retailer acceptance and profits are not guaranteed.
Recurring payments and upgrades
Stripe handles membership checkout and billing. The checkout page identifies your selected tier, recurring amount and payment terms before you confirm payment. Your subscription continues monthly until canceled. An upgrade may create an immediate prorated charge shown by Stripe before confirmation. Review that amount before approving the change.
Canceling renewal
Once membership billing is available, sign in with the Discord account linked to your membership and open Manage membership. Choose “Manage billing or cancel renewal” to open Stripe and cancel the subscription. Cancellation ends future renewal and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period; it does not refund earlier payments.
If the portal is unavailable, you can request cancellation online by emailing [email protected] with your Discord username and a request to cancel renewal. Do not include passwords, card numbers or security codes. We may need to verify ownership securely to avoid canceling someone else’s subscription.
Discord access and server rules
Use the Discord account that belongs to you. Join the Cardboard Gang server and accept its rules in Discord. Payment alone does not count as acceptance of server rules and does not grant the Member role. Paid access depends on a verified eligible subscription and may be removed when the subscription ends, payment eligibility is lost or access is suspended for abuse.
Profile security and permitted use
Submit only accounts and payment methods you own or have permission to use. Use only official service pages for any authorized submission. Never send passwords, full card details, verification codes or recovery codes through Discord, tickets, direct messages or support email. Protect your accounts, review retailer orders and report suspected compromise promptly. Do not copy, share, sell or reuse another person’s information.
Unauthorized card charges
Cardboard Gang is not responsible for unauthorized charges made by third parties that Cardboard Gang did not cause or authorize, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for protecting your payment methods and account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity to your card issuer and to our support team.
This provision does not authorize Cardboard Gang or anyone else to make purchases without your permission. It does not waive liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from Cardboard Gang’s own conduct where applicable, and it does not limit your legal right to dispute an unauthorized charge. Any retailer purchase authorization must be handled separately from membership billing.
Refund policy
All membership sales are final. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for initial membership payments, renewals, cancellation, unused days or unsuccessful retail checkouts, except where required by law. This policy does not remove statutory remedies or prevent you from reporting billing errors or disputing genuinely unauthorized charges.
Availability, changes and contact
Service may be interrupted by maintenance or issues with retailers, Discord, Stripe, hosting providers or networks. We will describe material membership or billing changes before asking you to accept them where required. Contact [email protected] for help. These terms do not replace the separate rules of Discord, Stripe or participating retailers, and do not override rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
