What is ACO?+

ACO means automated checkout. Our team manages checkout attempts using the retailer accounts you submit. A membership provides coverage and support; it does not guarantee successful orders.

Why do I sign in with Discord first?+

It links your purchase to the right Discord account, so your membership roles and retailer forms are connected from the start.

What's different between the tiers?+

All tiers share the same community. Collector is $40/month with 4 Target and 2 Pokémon Center accounts. Reseller is $60/month with 7 Target and 4 Pokémon Center accounts. Kingpin is $75/month with 10 Target and 6 Pokémon Center accounts. Tiers do not stack.

Can I manage or cancel my membership?+

Yes. Open Manage membership in your portal to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel renewal through Stripe. Canceling renewal keeps your membership through the paid period.

Do you offer monitors?

Our current focus is ACO. We share helpful drop details and release information with members; monitors are planned.

Your selected membership renews automatically every month until canceled. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe will show your payment total before you confirm the purchase.

Cancel renewal before your next billing date through Manage membership → Manage billing or cancel renewal. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period and stops future renewal. If the portal is unavailable, email [email protected].

No refunds for membership payments, renewals or unused time, except where required by law.

Profile security

Protect your profile information

Use only the official Cardboard Gang submission form. Never send retailer passwords, card details, full profiles, verification codes or recovery codes through Discord channels, tickets or direct messages.

Submit only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your Discord and retailer accounts secure. Report suspected unauthorized access to staff promptly.

Keep other members’ data private. Never copy, share, sell or reuse another member’s information.

Membership payments are handled by Stripe. These profile-security rules are separate from the server rules you must accept in Discord before access roles are granted.
